Obviously, the site is now back on. Have not had any word from the host but I have sent them an email about it! Hope this doesn't happen too often. Apologies guys, it was out of our control!!
Anyway, back on now!!

yeah totally out of our control, i could still get access via ftp and get into the control panel but the site just wouldn't show, i guess it was a dns error or something

yeah it was a dns error as i have a stupid program installed that tells me when dns errors happen on site.
had to get it to access a gaming site i used to member of.

Site has been down for a while (possibly up to 36 hours on and off!) Sent loads of emails to our hosts but at least we are back on!! Apologies but again this was out of our control.

didn't have a problem myself all night
