Hopefully got some warmer weather on its way - got some top down driving in this afternoon. Only local but still, IMHO  I reckon it must be the warmest day this year - still cool but enjoyable all the same  thumb

Was top down all afternoon on the mini-run with David last friday - not *just* to taunt him with what he's gonna miss either Wink.

Almost put the top down this evening, but my hat was in the boot and I couldn't be bothered to stop and dig it out for a ten-minute trip!  Soon be back to roof off more than on though Cheesy.

It was the first day for me this year - you will have no doubt a better heater than I have, I reckon on a good day mine puts out a massive 0.001kw of heat  lol

Good heater and heated seats, you are spoled Rick  Grin   Me and a mate went to Donny last year in April with the roof off - by the time we got there it felt as though hypothermia was just setting in. I was shivering so much I had difficulty seeing properly - just like being on a very bumpy road. It was the coldest I've ever been in a car even tho the heater was on full - nothing like my old F it has to be said  Cheesy

The heater on the VX was complete garbage, even on it's highest setting with the blower on full it had all the power and temperature of an asmatic sparrow......

I tried all the 'supposed' fixes including re-sealing the poorly made heater box and replacing the ducting - I even removed the dash and sealed the inner window vents ducts, but all to no avail....... I just came to the conclusion that the original matrix was just not big enough and the fan along with the convoluted ducting system needed a complete redesign.

I saw you!!! I will miss it for sure! However, one thing that Nugget did for me was get me 'in love' with driving. The power and feel of my new car is (at the minute) filling that hole! Hopefully it always will. If I ever get to the point when I see an MG with hood down, I hopefully will just have to put the pedal to the floor (well change down 2 gears first - iVTEC!!) and hopefully that feeling of possible regret will vanish!

The ideal now I guess would have been the S2000 with 2 extra seats welded on top of the boot!! omg

I totally agree about the heater but at least the aircon makes up for that fault. It is in fact quite good  and wouldn't do without one in a Liz/Exige as it can get hot and really helps with the demisting, even more so on a warm and rainy summers day.
